The Epic ‘Game Of Thrones’ Video For ‘Power Is Power’ By SZA, The Weeknd, And Travis Scott Is Here

The video is as amazing as the song, filled with references and a lot of intensity.

Season 8 of everyone’s favourite fantasy series, Game Of Thrones, is currently streaming on HBO/Crave, and in honor of the final season, the show is releasing a soundtrack of truly epic proportions. From the Lumineers to Ellie Goulding, A$AP Rocky to The Weeknd, there are countless incredible artists collaborating to make this the most memorable soundtrack of the decade. And one of the best power anthems is the work of SZA, The Weeknd, and Travis Scott.

The three artists joined forces to create the song Power Is Power, and it is overflowing with references to both the series and its characters. Just look at these lyrics!

“A knife in my heart couldn’t slow me down / ’cause power is power / my fire never goes out / I rise from my scars / nothing hurts me now”

-Power Is Power

On Friday morning, the series released a music/lyric video on their YouTube channel to accompany the song, and if it doesn’t get you hyped for the next episode, we don’t know what will! This is definitely the anthem of a King/Queen if we’ve ever heard one.
